I say this as a consumer that utilizes Amazon in Canada. US sellers, please sell your products here! We want more choices.

Buyers in the US have so many more options. The picture below is only one example. Have you thought about expanding here? Our marketplace may be smaller but it is an easy expansion for US sellers.

You can:

-Get a 20%+ boost in sales-Rank easier since there is less competition
-Forget about sales tax, or at least collecting it. In most cases Amazon handles the collection of sales tax.
-Easily test the waters with Amazon’s North American Remote Fulfillment Program (NARF)

Things to consider:

-Amazon FBA fees may be higher in Canada. Make sure to price accordingly.
-Find a good customs broker experiencedwith Amazon.
-No discounts with Amazon-partnered carriers for shipments to Canada.
-When utilizing FBA in Canada, you can only send removal orders to a Canadian address. Make sure you have a system in place to handle this stock.
